Successful people prioritize adequate rest and exercise.

No surprise here – self-made millionaires prioritize their physical health, devoting plenty of time to sleep and exercise. 76 percent of Corley’s study participants said that they spend 30 minutes or more exercise each day, and 79 percent report sleeping 7 to 8 hours each night.
